Chris this is exactly what has happened to Matt! First I sent it back asking for a postponement, and now they've sent it again saying that he must appear on the day after he gets home! I don't know if there is anything else I can do about it. Can you imagine a freshly returned missionary of less than 24 hours listening to the thought process of the criminal mind? What a way to jump right back into the world.
I think i would tell them your not sure of his release date of yet!
That is too funny! Kelly just got done serving on a jury for TWO weeks!
